achhhooo!
You may not have noticed this, but everybody seems to sneeze differently. Some may chalk it up to individuality, but I think it is degrees of embellishment. Nobody, of course, thinks that his or her sneeze is anything but completely normal, but I think I know better. Of course mine sound normal to me.
What's different about my sneezes is that I can keep my eyes open. Science be damned.

I was once told of a judge presiding over a traffic accident case in which the defendant claimed his sneeze caused him to close his eyes and in turn cause the accident. As the story goes, the judge ruled the defendant was at fault, because you don't _need_ to close your eyes to sneeze.
I don't know how true that is, but I've tried unsuccessfully ever since to sneeze with my eyes open.
What's really freaky are people who can sleep with their eyes open...
Yeah, the sleeping with the eyes open thing is creeeepy. I can't imagine even wanting to try that. Sneezing with my eyes open, though, is definitely a boon for driving. I can't say for sure how I came to be able to do it, but I bet you have better things to be doing than practicing "impossible" sneezes.
