when things start getting reel
When I make my movie: there will be no slow motion. In fact, I’d like to just about remove all slo-mo from the movies I watch. If only there were a feature on my DVD player that let me speed up the—oh yeah, fast forward. Silly me.
But seriously, having watched Terminator 3 and Bad boys 2 on consecutive days, I think I’ve had enough action for a while. T3 was probably the better of the two, though I didn’t find myself laughing at BB2’s car chase nearly as much. It was good laughter, though, the kind that comes from seeing something so absurd it’s funny, not the cruel kind that, well, is cruel.
